“I’m so grateful to have found Northwest Preferred Roofing! Our home is located in a smaller housing development and build it ‘92 with a cedar shake roof. Over the last few years almost all of our neighbors had their roofs replaced with the composition roof and it really improved the look of their homes. We were dragging our feet because of the huge investment and several of our neighbors had horror stories of upsales, cheap materials being used, unreliable crews, the final bill being way more than the estimate ect.

Needless to say we were worried and made sure to get several bids for comparison. When I called NW preferred the office manager was amazing and didnt make me feel like an idiot when I still hadn’t figured exactly what type/look we were going for. I wasnt sure what would look good with the color and style of my home. She took the time to email me over some ideas based on the picture I sent her of my home! That to me was above and beyond and we were able to find the perfect look!

My husband and I have crazy work schedules and they worked around us with ease so we could both be there to ask all our million questions. I LOVED that the actual foreman who would be working on our job came out to talk with us where he explained the process in simple terms from tear off to installation, the material options, time line ect. It was not some sales man with a binder who’s probably never been on a roof. If you’ve had a few bids I’m sure you know exactly what I’m talking about. there was none of that scare tactic nonsense many of the companies who bid before tried to use either. He was straight forward, honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. Needless to say we picked NW Preferred and are so happy we did! To be honest, when the guy told me their crew could get it done in a weekend I was skeptical because we needed a full tearoff and all new decking (or whatever that’s called) just to lay the new roof and several other companies said it would be 4-5 days. They showed up exactly when they said they would, all crew members were courteous (no blaring radios and tramping through our home!) & they finished ON TIME! They cleaned up throughly and when it was completed they had us to an inspection to make sure everything was to our satisfaction including the clean up. We shared our story with our neighbors who had their roofs done and our experience was by far superior and the best part is... we paid significantly less then they did!!!!
